aiming to provide a more modern, centralised, and streamlined golf administration experience for over 1,900 clubs and facilities nationwide.
Key Dates:
- 28 September 2025: Final day of Golf Link operation, with all Sunday scores across the country being received.
- 2 October 2025: Golf Australia CONNECT goes live, including the new website login portal and the official Golf Australia app.
- Monday 6 October: Competition with handicapping submission available
What This Means for Golfers:
- Handicap Freeze: A nationwide handicap freeze will be in effect during the transition period.
- New Golf ID: Your current Golf Link number will transition to a permanent Golf ID, which will remain the same even if you change clubs.
- New App and Website: The Golf Australia Official App and the new website, GOLF.com.au, will be available from 2 October.
What Golfers Should Do:
- Update Details: Ensure your contact and membership details are up to date in your current Golf Link account.
- Download the New App: Once available 2nd October, download the Golf Australia Official App from your device’s app store.
- Access the New Website: Visit GOLF.com.au to access your GA Handicap and other services.
