Following last week’s communication regarding Non-Playing transfer requests, we are now also offering the opportunity for upgrades in membership:

 

 Key Details:

  • Transfer accepted until 28th February, effective 1st April 2025.
  • Transfer requests accepted to and from Non-Playing
  • Upgrade requests being received from 5-Day to 7-Day membership.

Category Upgrade Charge:

For Members wishing to upgrade to 7-Day Playing membership, please note:

  • Members who joined prior to 31st March 2022 and who wish to upgrade to a 7 Day Membership for the first time are required to pay the one-off Category Upgrade Charge, as outlined in the Fees Charges Schedule 2024-25.
  • Depending on join date and any membership offers at the time, an upgrade fee may apply. Each request will be reviewed on an individual basis.

**Please note: We will not be considering downgrades from 7-Day to 5-Day until full-year transfer requests open in August. Final transfer requests are at the discretion of the Board.

Lockers & Bag Storage rentals:

  • Bag Storage: 26 spaces available
  • Men’s Lockers Large: 194 available
  • Men’s Lockers small: 57 available
  • Women’s Large Lockers: 72 available
  • Women’s Small Lockers: 86 available
  • Buggy Storage: No spaces (0) available. Our buggy storage is tightly held by our members and our waitlist is also closed to new requests. Our Buggy Storage waitlist is displayed on the Club noticeboard outside the Golf Shop.

Membership:

We are now accepting Mid-year Non Playing transfer requests until the 28th February. Transfers are to for effect 1st April 2025.

In addition to the opportunity to transfer to Non-Playing, should your circumstances require, we have a small number of memberships available within our caps for any current Non-Playing members who wish to upgrade to be Five Day or Seven Day on a pro rata basis for the balance of this membership year.

Any 5 Day members wishing to upgrade to 7 Day may wish to upgrade whilst cap space allows. Depending on the joining fee (date of entry prior to 2023), an upgrade fee may apply.
