COURSE CARE: Let’s all do our part
We write to seek your cooperation in helping maintain the quality and presentation of our course — a shared asset we all take pride in. As we continue working towards elevating course standards, your individual efforts play a vital role in ensuring that each round is as enjoyable as possible for fellow members.
In particular, we ask that all players remain mindful of:
- Repairing pitch marks on greens (including your own and any others you notice),

While our course team continues to work diligently, we have recently observed areas of concern, particularly following competition and late-afternoon social play — with greens left heavily marked by unrepaired pitch marks and bunkers unraked. These standards fall short of what we expect from all members.
By each of us taking just a few extra moments to care for the course, we reflect a common commitment to presenting it in the best possible condition every day, for every member. At times a polite reminder to a playing partner may be necessary to ensure the shared contribution to continued course care.
Thank you for your support and continued pride in our Club.
Warm regards,
Alex Hunter
