Friday 6th June 2025 – vs Asquith GC at Muirfield GC

The Manly Silver team secured a 3-2 victory

against Asquith at Muirfield GC today.  Hand warmers and beanies were definitely in use, but once the sun emerged, the conditions were ideal.

Asquith proved to be tough competitors, with three matches concluding on the 18th hole! After the matches, we enjoyed celebratory drinks and Chinese lunch .
Next week will be our final match at Bayview, a strong win is essential.

Manly’s Silver team played Round 3 in extremely soggy conditions at Wakehurst Golf Club today. While we didn’t encounter any rain, we battled with leeches and yabbies!

We left with smiles on our faces, after a win – 3.5 / 1.4 against a competitive Concord Team.  Next week we travel to Concord Golf Club to play against Bayview.
