NOTICE: NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nominations for election to the Manly GC Board are opening per the schedule below.
Members eligible to nominate as a Director must be a financial 7-Day Playing Member, Special Member or Life Member of the Club, with at least five (5) years’ standing in aggregate as any Playing Member at the time of nomination.
Nomination forms are available upon request via reception (Monday-Friday) or email gm@manlygolf.com.au.
Important Dates – AGM & Election
· Wed, 23 Oct: Nominations for Board open (10 business days prior to close of nominations).
· Tue, 12 Nov: Nominations for Board close at 17:00 (30 days prior AGM per r.49(a))
· Thu, 14 Nov: 28 days prior to AGM, Board candidate profiles published and emailed
· Thu, 28 Nov: 14 days prior to AGM, election direct voting opens (direct online and in person) (per r. 49 (e)ii)
· Sun, 8 Dec: 4 days prior to AGM, election direct voting closes 19:00 (10 days of voting per r. 49 (e)ii)
· Thu, 12 Dec: AGM (7:00pm)
